The basis of every family house is a photovoltaic system with an installed capacity of 3.6kWp AXITEC AC 360MH/120S. All system components have been carefully selected with quality, safety, durability, and warranty in mind.

Bioclimatic aluminium pergola is included in every house approx. 2,5 m x 2,5 m with electric slat control

Safety and maximum production with SolarEdge products. Their technology is based on the use of optimisers for each individual panel. Thus, each panel equipped with an optimiser behaves as a separate element and always produces energy to its maximum potential. With this device, it is possible to extract up to about 10% more energy from the PV panels over the course of a year in comparison with conventional systems.

As part of the construction of the houses in Starovice, we designed and installed a heat pump from the most important manufacturer on the market, Mitsubishi Electric. While installing the boiler room, heat, and hot water storage tanks from the Czech company Dražice will be used.
